1 We graciously accept cash, checks, amex, visa, and mastercard. We apologize for the inconvenience but, gratuities may only be in cash form. We do not accept gratuities through credit card or check. All sales are final! There are no refunds on services, gift certificates, retail products, or tools.
2 Always arrive a few minutes early in advance of your appointment to allow yourself time to check in, change, chit chat with our charming reservationists, or to enjoy a cup a coffee while you peruse the latest magazines.
3 In order to provide the highest level of service and accommodate all of our guests, we respectfully request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or change your reservation. We understand that sometimes things happen and being late is unavoidable and we will try our best to accommodate every guest. However, depending on circumstances and time constraints, we may shorten or reschedule your service.
4 If there is a look that you come across in a magazine or photo that you desire and wish to replicate, please bring it in. Although the look may not work with your particular hair type or skin tone, our stylists will be able to adapt a more a suitable and flattering look for you. Showing your stylists photographs of styles, colors, communicating with them your lifestyle, career, and habits, will allow them not only to become familiar with you but, help them achieve the best do for you!
5 Update your hair products! Please know that your stylist is available to consult and prescribe you the perfect products for your at home regimen. This will enable you to replicate (but never duplicate) their work.
6 We respectfully ask that you turn your cell phone off or on vibrate while at Brush. We know we live in a world dominated by electronics and a sense of urgency but, we believe that everybody needs some "me" time every now and then. Besides, cradling your cell phone on your shoulder does not lend itself to a perfect cut and it also disturbs other guests while they are trying to relax and unwind. Thank you in advance for your cooperation
7 While on the subject of relaxation, we turn to the pitter patter of little feet. We love kids, we really do. Some of us even have our own. When it comes to their presence in Brush Salon, we believe less is more. As adults, we find it stimulating and fascinating to glamorize ourselves for hours, children, on the other hand, find it fun for about 20 minutes. So that you and other guests can relax and enjoy their experience, we ask that you make alternate arrangements for your child's supervision.
8 If you are unhappy with your service or your Brush experience (very rare), please contact us within one week and we will gladly make any changes at no charge. It is our goal to ensure all of our guests looking and feeling great!
